Purpose of the Event

November is recognised globally as Men’s Wellbeing Month.

Too often, men’s lives are cut short by preventable health challenges—whether through cancer, mental health struggles, or suicide. At Markd Global, we believe that when men thrive, it makes our world a better place.

That’s why we’re stepping forward.
As a female-led company, we want to stand alongside men in their wellbeing journey—through the lens of purpose and legacy.

We may not be able to grow a mo, but we can be proud mo-sistas. By hosting an evening of reflection and conversation, we aim to create a space where men can explore well-being, purpose, and legacy.

Through a dynamic multi-generational panel, meaningful networking, and open discussion, men will be inspired to connect, reflect, and leave with at least one powerful takeaway to enrich both their personal and professional lives.

Background Facts

Men’s health in 2025 remains challenged by high rates of preventable diseases and deaths, particularly cardiovascular disease, suicide, and certain cancers. Key facts include a significantly higher rate of suicide among men, men being more likely to delay seeking medical care, and lifestyle factors like diet and physical activity playing a critical role. Addressing these issues requires prioritizing regular checkups, focusing on mental and emotional well-being, and making lifestyle changes.
