Hilary has over 30 years of experience leading, coaching, and encouraging people from every walk of life. She’s seen firsthand the transformation that happens when people connect to a deeper sense of meaning. They become more fulfilled people and effective leaders empowered to make a positive impact on the world around them.
Hilary likes to work with people across every lifestage as she is passionate about intergenerational leadership. In our team, she champions women at three-quarter time ensuring that we create experiences to help them shine.

Hilary is married, with three adult daughters and two grandkids. She loves travel, reading, and sport – playing netball weekly, and sharing a meal with friends and family.
Désirée is the Director of EMEA for Markd Global. She is responsible for the business development of Markd Global in the EMEA region by helping leaders and small businesses scale and activate their businesses through PX™ – The Purpose Experience.
Désirée is a strategic marketing professional and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience working for multinational and start-up companies. Working as an expatriate in various markets, Desiree has held leading marketing roles in the technology and telecoms industry in the US, Netherlands and Chile. She also started her own companies in both Turkey and China in the retail and wellness space.
Desiree leads with optimism and integrity through all aspects of the PX™ process at Markd Global. Her desire to connect and discover the unbeaten path helps inspire communities and businesses to deliver profitable growth with purpose and significance.
Desiree’s international experience and ability to transform herself with agility is what makes her unique. She is a natural leader and is skilled in creating communities, organizing events, connecting people, and identifying marketing opportunities for her customers.
To maintain her mental and physical well-being, Desiree regularly teaches online spinning to former students in Beijing. She has lived in 14 different countries, and is fluent in English, Spanish, French and Dutch. She enjoys traveling (off the beaten path), hiking, skiing, playing golf and many more outdoor sports. She is an avid reader and loves tackling crossword and jigsaw puzzles. Desiree is married with three adult daughters.
